Cancer is the time of the moon and her shifting faces. As the crab zig zags back and forth along the shoreline, diving between the worlds of material matter and the depths of the water's unconscious, so too is this a time that spans borders.
In this time we are drawn into the power of the Moon, Cancer and the 4th house. We are drawn deep within ourselves into the root of our being where we receive our nourishment, our sense of home and the deep magic of the unconscious. Linked to our childhood, our home and our depths, the house is much like the ocean passing in and out of what is observable, and what lies beneath.
This hypnosis session seeks to bring light to all areas of this inner world, the memories, the intuitions, the emotions. While guiding us to create a home within ourselves. A place where we are safe and comforted, where we can nurture and nourish ourselves as our own mother and father, as the maker of our own home in this world.
I maintain healthy boundaries.
I learn from my memories.
I release old pains.
I create new life and beauty.
I am intuitive, receptive, adaptive.
I am at peace with myself.
I care for myself and others.
I am as the ocean tide, I give when I can,
I withdraw when I must.
I am centered, calm, rhythmic.
I flow with my heart, my steady pulse.
I am at home in myself.
I hold empathy.
I hold understanding.
I make room for myself and others.
Warning: Do not use while operating a vehicle. Always listen when you are able to recline and relax, do not multitask with hypnosis.
How to use Hypnosis: Download onto an mp3 player or phone and listen with headphones before bed. If you fall asleep while listening great! It will have the same results whether you are asleep or awake.
Always try to listen for 30 days in a row, the more you can listen in a day the better. Twice a day is great, three times a day is even better!
Hypnosis is different for everyone. Some people feel wide awake, some people feel like they're fast asleep. If we come to this practice with no expectations of how we feel we'll get a lot more from it. If you find your mind racing or it is planning the day's errands then try focusing on your breath, the ocean waves or the bells.
