First and foremost, thank you! By being here you are allowing me to fulfill my purpose. A purpose to inform; to act as catalyst for change and transformation.
Now I'll try and keep this short, which you'll find from the blog isn't really my style. I like to go in depth, so if you want to know Why I'm a Blogging Life Coach, well, click there. Otherwise, here's the gist of it.
I’m Josh, the guy who went mad, got lost and addicted, and was obsessed enough, desperate and determined enough to transform all that and come back again. Come back with the knowledge that I can use what I learned to help others, to help you.
And that leads to the real question we should be asking. Who are you?
Who are you now, and who do you want to be?
Often we walk around as two different people. The one we want to be and the one that we are. If we’re lucky we see the difference. If we’re lucky, we feel that tension, that pain and desire to change. The most difficult part is finding out how to bridge these two parts of self.
And that’s where I come in. Whether it be a fluke in my neurology or some lucky batch of stars I tend to excel at seeing people. At seeing you and figuring out where you are.
Once we know where you are, we can brainstorm how to get you to where you want to be. We look at what you’re doing and I spot what you haven't seen. Then we dig in and get you connected to what you need. Mainly, we get you connected to yourself.
What are your needs? What are your dreams and in what way are you going to accomplish them? What is holding you back and what resources, tools and information do you need to take the next step?
Together we work on the whole you; one thought, one behavior at a time.
